The North Shore in the rain
It has been many years since I first visited Duluth and the North Shore of Minnesota, and I have wanted to get back ever since. That trip was a bit ill-fated as I was struggling with the beginnings of an anxiety disorder that sent me home early after spending most of the time in my hotel room at the Motel 6.
My visit in late-April this year was much more enjoyable - even in the rain and fog that hung around for the first couple of days. It’s still an amazing place to land-locked me.
